The Miss Philippines Earth 2012 Grand Coronation Night was held Sunday night, May 27, 2012, at the Center Stage, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. Stephany Stefanowitz from Quezon City was declared Miss Philippines Earth 2012 winner along with the four other titles of equal importance.

Miss Stefanowitz will represent the Philippines in the Miss Earth 2012 pageant which will be held on October 28, 2012 in Indonesia.
